Trauma from childhood years could also be an explanation for adult psychological difficulties. This trauma could include abuse, death of parents, relatives, or friends, or turmoil between parents, to name a few. Another alternative is possible genetic factors of psychological difficulties or a heightened likelihood of a child developing a psychological hardship that his/her parents also had. Finally, a psychological disorder (cid:272)ould (cid:373)a(cid:374)ifest itself duri(cid:374)g a (cid:272)ertai(cid:374) period of a perso(cid:374)"s life su(cid:272)h as, post-pregnancy, after divorce, after a death, or during unemployment. Opposing the idea that all sexual behavior begins its development in childhood, there is an idea that the libido develops after puberty or later in the life when the child is older. Libido is a naturally occurring drive in a psychological and physiologically human and that mental state fuels much of the adult sexual behavior. Freud theorized a set of ideas that not many scientists/psychologists of his time had considered.
