If anyone writes, prints, speaks, or publishes any false, scandalous, malicious writings against the government of the u. s. , they will be punished. with enemies of the united states simply by association. However, this foreigners and thought it was totally okay to punish them and discriminate against them for simply being from a different country and still feeling a connection to that country. essentially endorses corruption.
