Political power should be used for the common good to execute laws and protect. Every person has perfect freedom and live in a state of equality. What a nigga does, he should get in return. Everyone has liberty to do as he or she pleases but doesn"t have the license to. Law of nature is that everyone is equal and independent for we all are god"s creatures. Execution of the law is to every man. Laws have no power over a foreigner or alien. Someone that has gone against human nature to harm someone else. The one transgressed against has the right to seek reparations or anyone else can help him to recover from that injury. A magistrate has the power, for the common good, to remit the punishment. However, any man has the right to kill a murderer. Every punishment should have the purpose of trying to get others to not commit it.
