They achieve nothing constructive and only hurt america and the rest of the world. Replace the sequestration with a set of targeted spending reductions and revenue increases. The gop needs to stop obsessing over the aca. House gop drops bid to undercut ethics board. There was an attempt to place the independent office of congressional ethics under the oversight of the house ethics committee, which would allow lawmakers to police themselves.
