Most breakthroughs are a result of collective creativity- ppl working together to create opinions no one would have thought of alone. Americans talk and are most likely to interject thoughts and ideas while other people are speaking and women may be dismayed to nd that members of some cultures tend to dismiss their comments (cid:12254) (cid:12254) Some jobs are too big for one person to manage. Best tasks for groups are ones in which the individuals can help one another in some way.
