Weber intended for his model to be an ideal-typical but fictional by exaggerating its degree of rationality. Parkinson"s law: work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion. Weber methodological tool and not an accurate description of reality. Informal organizations can help make up for the inadequacies for the formal organizations.
