Breaks her connection to apollo- takes her veil off. Enters the house of her own free will. Cries from within, the chorus can"t help. Chorus points out the weakness of aegisthus, calls him a coward. Not immediately following the agamemnon some time has past, things have settled down. Orestes" (son of agamemnon) return to argos with pylades. Cuts 2 locks of his own hair to leave on agamemnon"s tomb. Death of agamemnon has not been kept secret. Pylades remains silent the whole time in the play until the very end. Sent with libations to grave of agamemnon.
