Strong situation: the norms of behaviour are very clear (ie. stopping at a red light) Other important personality characteristics: locus of control; source for behaviours. Carl jung(cid:495)s work: people(cid:495)s behaviour is rarely random but reflects a stable pattern of personal, large percentages of people in certain occupation tent to share similar preferences preferences. Judgement: planned approach to meet needs in scheduled way: perception: spontaneous approach to meet needs in a rushed of activity. Core values: what(cid:495)s most important in the world; non-negotiable deeply held beliefs. Martina faith: number of values on a spectrum, value awareness determines best fit for jobs.
