Workers become estranged or separated in various ways, from the product they create, from the process of what they create, themselves, desire of compasities, and others (competition with one another) In exchange for wage, worker gives up control of what is made or how it is made to the owner of the company. Creating something that belongs to someone else. Created a product separate to ourselves and are not connected to it. We do not see it as something we made separation from the product we made. Most workers do not have right or control over what happens to the product. As workers we do not have control over how work is designed. Unions have more control over the process of work.
