Team meetings require structure & planning to meet goals. Detailed work plan for the entire project (plans from start to finish) What is completed, what is still outstanding or in progress and why. Presents a picture of the overall plan & process for the project. Provides a direction & goal to strive for. Indicates sequencing & interactions of actions ie) task a must be completed before task b. Identify deadline - how fast this needs to happen. These are the endpoints that determine what gets done & how fast it needs to happen. From the end product, work backwards in identifying what interim products/items & actions are needed to get there. Determine roles & responsibilities of each person involved. Determine specific tasks to be accomplished in a specific sequence. Measurable - how you will measure & decide if you are successful or not.
