Learner is brought into a separate room. Teacher (participant) can increase the voltage of the electrical shock. If lear(cid:374)er gets right, it"s fi(cid:374)e, if (cid:449)ro(cid:374)g, they get sho(cid:272)ked for every wrong answer, the shocks increase voltage with every wrong answer. After extremely intense shock, person says nothing. (cid:862)if (cid:374)o a(cid:374)s(cid:449)er(cid:863) ad(cid:373)i(cid:374)ister (cid:373)ore sho(cid:272)k gave impression that the person was dead. But 2/3 people administered the lethal shock.
