Act is most effective for those with schizophrenia or bpd. Schizophrenia positive symptoms: things not present in common population like delusions or hallucinations. Negative symptoms: things that are missing that normal population have: lack of enjoyment, lack of feeling or emotion. Schizoaffective disorder combination of the last 2, combination of mood and psychotic behaviours.
