Document Summary

Majority of us have creative potential we can learn to apply. However, creative potential on its own isn"t enough. We should be in a place where we can realize and others can realize our creative potential. There are several environmental factors that affect whether you translate creative potential into creative behaviors. The first is motivation, which is often considered most important. If you aren"t motivated to be creative, you probably won"t be creative. Intrinsic motivation is the desire to work on things because they are: Working in an environment that rewards and recognizes the creative work of their employees is also valuable. Organizations should foster free flowing ideas and give judgement that is constructive and fair. With this being said, employees should have the freedom to choose what work to do and how to do the work. You can inspire creativity by an abundance of resources.
