Paper prototyping is a variation of usability testing. It"s not about showing" the interface, it"s about using" it. Test often. iterative - repeating a process with the aim of achieving a desired result. I still hear far too much dogmatism about what people really want, what they believe, or how they really behave, but i see very little data. Recruit users you have already tested with, and recruit new users. What do you think of this new feature? . Include questions that: mark a checklist (such as selecting tasks they perform from a task list) supply a single fact (such as number of hours worked with the system per week) 2/11/16 state their opinion on a rating scale. A questionnaire is essentially a user interface in its own right, so you should employ usability engineering principles to ensure that respondents interpret it correctly. Don"t forget the 5 whys and task completion scale (1-10, easy-dif cult, etc)
