Document Summary

General biology cell division task: explain why cell division functions in reproduction, growth and repair! Cells are the smallest parts that make up our bodies. Each cell can reproduce itself by forming new cells through a process called cell division or cell reproduction. At the end of prophase, in the cytoplasm begins to build a cleavage spindle (spindle) derived from microtubules each chromatid has a kinetochore at the centromere where the mitotic spindle is also attached to the kinetochore. As a result, centrosomes move away from each other. at metaphase, where the chromatids bound to the mitotic spindle will overlap on the metaphase plate. Then the chromatids will go to the opposite pole until the telophase phase where two tillering cells with similar chromosomes are formed: why are cancer cells said to escape cell cycle control! Cancer cells grow very fast when compared to normal cells.
