2. Mark wants to lose weight, and he has decided to start skipping breakfast since that is his favorite meal of the day. What advice would you give Mark about his choice, and what might happen if he follows through with skipping breakfast?

3. Siri is an athlete, and she thinks that the fat in her diet is keeping her from being as lean as she could be. She has decided to cut down on the number of fat grams. She eats but to increase her carbohydrate and protein intake in order to keep her calories up. Do you think this is a good idea? What information will you share with Siri about her decision?
