Susceptibility: the likelihood of the health issue actually harming the person. (ex. If someone doesn"t drink, a drinking and driving psa will be of no effect) Severity: the danger level of the health issue to the person. Response efficacy: the belief that the recommended action will bring about the desired result or it will stop the threat. If response efficacy is low, people will not take the threat seriously.
