Typical measures of organizational health: enthusiasm, boundaries, problem solving, learning, sustainability. People enjoy their work but are performing inadequately in terms of market and financial standards. Currently happy employees will not want to make changes to improve operating performance. Operating performance and organizational health are positive. Make sure you are in this quadrant because of careful analysis not wishful thinking. Business is achieving operating objectives at expense of organizational health. Doing the same work with fewer people and every one is burned out.
