This paper explores the impact of precarious employment relationships on health outcomes. Employment strains gives 3 sets of characteristics to measure from: uncertainty, effort, support in the workplace. Each dimension may be a reason that affects the employee"s health. After receiving 3,244 surveys, individuals in precarious employment did report a high popularity of high employment strain. One person with high levels of employment uncertainty live with higher stress compared to "on the path" groups of people. Under being precarious and isolated, people who have a high level of uncertainty are withdrawn from their friends and family in response to their mental state about their work life. This study proves younger people having a difficult time dealing with starting so low in their job career.
