Charismatic leaders are perceptive of others" abilities and responsive to these individuals" needs and feelings. A great charismatic leader not only has high belief in his or her followers, but believes in their ability to reach the goals set by the leader. Charismatic leaders are able to bring out the potential of these individuals by tapping into their emotions and creating a bond that inspires them. Naturally, charismatic leaders are self-confident and great at communicating with others.
