There is a strong sense of trust between team members. Adjourning - the last stage, where the team works on completing the task and preparing it for productional stage. When to use each conflict resolution strategy during the life cycle: Unwillingness to be vulnerable within the group. A lack of trust can lead to a fear of conflict. Incapable of unfiltered and passionate debate of ideas. Without being able to debate passionately about one"s ideas, said team member will not feel engaged and will not commit fully to the project/team.
