Document Summary

Planning means deciding what you want to achieve, how, where, when and who will carry it out. It implies an activity of thought and reflection prior to the action, which includes the setting of objectives and the relevant actions to achieve them, taking into account internal and external variables. In every organization, the performance of administrative tasks corresponds to managers. The manager, also called, administrator, manager or executive, is the person formally in charge of a unit of the company. According to koontz (1991), the administrative management function is the process of influencing people to achieve in an enthusiastic way, the achievement of the goals of the organization. As we mentioned earlier, the current context leads us to broaden the focus towards the new manager who has to achieve a continuous and renewed impulse towards the domain of chaos, of the uncertainty of the unforeseen.
