Storm tracks- paths that guide cyclones by large scale patterns of atmospheric circulation across the surface. Occlusion- warmer air mass is lifted above the surface because it is less dense than both the cold air and cool air. Occluded front- front that has experienced occlusion. Lake effect snows- winter storms that interact with the great lakes to produce intense snowfall.
