Psychology Behind Personality
What is personality: a construct that explains the differences in the way people act, speak and
perceive their world
His definition:
1. dynamic organisation, inside a person, of psychological systems that create the
persons characteristic patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings
2. Coherent manner of interacting with oneself and with one's environment . How the
person affects/is affected by both situational and behavioural variables
