Glucagon-like peptide 1 (glp-1: made in gut/brain, posteating relative to volume of food eaten. 18/5/17: makes pancreas release insulin to stop feeding, reduced in obese but normalised with weight loss, broken down by dpp-iv. Oxyntomodulin: made in gut/brain, after eating depends on volume of food to stop feeding.
