Hiv it is really clever you have a defence system against organisms that attack you. Hiv attack cd4 white cells specifically it is like killing the guard when robbing the bank. Hiv kills the defence system and then takes over causes dramatic problems. Hiv was found in (cid:883)(cid:891)(cid:890)(cid:882) s we havae mapped out how it effects us. We have created drugs to attack each step and now we know how to manage. Natural history of hiv-1 infection you cant tell who has hiv in this picture thats the problem as cd4 drops that when more things start to decline the body gets weaker and weaker. Within a few weeks they look healthier and back to normal the amazing part of the hiv story. More likely in females younger than 29 specifically for women but men can carry it. Clinical manifestations silent epidemic you dont see the bigger picture they dont know they are infected but they have the complications.
