Interest remains in peripheral actions on lipids and in treatment of cravings dependence (nicotine, alcohol etc) Cb2 receptors primarily in cells of immune system, bone mass regulation and peripheral neurones. Deals with pain, regulation of bone mass, and inflammation in immune cells.
