Sa node can"t control cells in atria which contract on their own accord. Won"t kill you since most filling of v is passive. V beating on its own from pacemakers in ventricular muscle perhaps caused by damaged muscle. All the refractory periods are at different times. Muscle must be refractory when normal rhythm arrives. Between a and v and between v and arteries. Av valves btween a and v. r is trcuspid, l is bicuspid.
