Australia represents a global village due to increased globalization, immigration and increasing mobility (brings benefits to the country, different business due to this diversity) Challenges: communication difficulties (assumptions, cultural values, high levels of conflict, negative emotions, stress. Culture is the structure through which the communication is formulated and interpreted. Culture and communication cannot be separated (culture gives you the understanding) they are interrelated.
