If you want to make an easy job seem mighty hard, just keep putting off doing it. Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. There are a million ways to lose a work day, but not even a single way to get one back. Learning is a process that leads to change, which occurs as a result of experience and increases the potential for improved performance and future learning (ambrose, bridges, depietro, lovett & norman, 2010, p. 3) Is a personal responsibility, one that rests largely in your hands . Requires you to take personal control of your learning . Is not a solitary activity working with others, lecturers, tutors, other students, as well as staff in schools, will be of enormous benefit. As a professional in education, you are expected to strive for teaching excellence.
