Va: cerebral arterial arch = circle of willis: brain drains via internal jugular vein. Face + neck drains via the external carotid vein. Anterior triangles of the head: muscular triangle (in blue, strap muscles of the neck, manipulate the position of larynx and pharynx, midline to hyoid bone, sternocleidomastoid, omohyoid line. Submental triangle (in green: mylohyoid muscle forms the floor of the mouth, midline above the hyoid bone to mandible, hyoid bone to lesser horn, anterior belly of the digastric muscle.
