They all have parking tickets on their cars. They say that they are not arguing that it is illegal to park on the side of the highway, they are arguing that the tickets show that the police are infringing on their rights to practice religion. Involved: the city, the farmer, the worshippers: the farmers rights are being intruded on because the worshippers are using his. People come to the court with a story, that then gets brought down to the key legal aspects of that story. To understand a constitution you have to understand that when people live together a state, and organized political community which exercises authority over the state.
