What does the future of cjs hold: vicims" rights, the use of alternaive jusice, and non-puniive measures, restoraive jusice is much more important than any other jusice (non-puniive) We have seen a number of theories throughout the semester (important) A change in how crime is invesigated, due to the dp model overtaking the jusice system. However, ater the dp revoluion was tempered by that retreat (either by parliament or the courts: rapid rise of vicims" rights, vicims" rights shaped a signiicant amount of our system, including our laws and procedures. Parks decision a person believes there is a system of fairness in place for a minority accused to ensure a fair trial (to root out racism in our system). Example yoa gives us this belief that we have dp protecions and yet our prison pop has grew to a higher rate.
