Some people are consistently happy, angry, sad, or anxious. Extraverts are more likely to be happier, more joyful, and peppy because they have a positive. Affectivity and are therefore sensitive to rewards (behavioural activation system bas). Neurotics are more likely to be anxious, worrisome, and sad because they have a negative affectivity and are therefore sensitive to threat/punishment (behaviour inhibition system bis). For the most part, as determined by diener and seligman, happy people are more likely; Satisfying social relationships (romantic friends, family, etc. ) Spend more time with friends, and less time alone. Happiness is stable as a result of traits such as n, e, and c. it is 40% heritable, because this is the heritability of the factor traits. However, happiness is not always a fixed trait. Some of the most happy include iceland, sweden, australia, denmark, and canada. While some of the least happy include; dominican republic, cameroon, china, ussr, eastern germany, south korea, india, and turkey.
