Dramatic increase in the number of children involved in youth protection. The most frequently occurring problems are exposure to partner violence and neglect. between 1998 2003. Parents are considered to be essential in their children"s lies. Operate in regards to the best interest of the child. Government interference should remain as minimal as possible.
