South africa, t. r. c, and reparations: 1948 - uk. 84-85% black population in south africa in 1948: almost overnight, an immediate genocide by taking property and land to get resources. White settlers living there were bought out: 1952 - reservation. Move a large segment of the black population to the reservations. 85% of the population was moved to 13% of the land mass: whites convicted of a crime aren"t really convicted at all. Blacks convicted are immediately done so for crimes: nelson mandela emerges, cape town is one of the most dangerous cities in a world. As a result, people try to take back land mass which leads to a lot of "white flight". A crime for a black and white person to be together and have children: the economy shifts overnight. Occupations that were white become black: get process by admitting harm.
