Class logistics: morality, what causes moral panics? (public expressions of moral panic in society) In the song the parents thought the lyrics were immoral because they cannot understand them, absence of clarity. Kids wanted to listen to it more because parents didn"t like it: movement to ban louie louie from the radio stations and the record store sold out. And the song is the number one hit again: different sings came out with their own dirty versions, eventually its banned from all radio stations radio wide. But parents are so outraged they want legal shit action as well. The idea of the conflict of the old and the new, a cultural clash. And it stops and rests in america in the 1960s. We talk about time a lot in this course, conflict between old and the new: bob dillon, the greater artist of the 20th century.
