Gender social attitudes and behaviours of males and females short clip gender expression- clothes, voice, hairstyles gender identity- if you consider yourself a male/ female how to hug video (men) Role: behaviour associate with someone who holds a certain status, example- mother, father. Gender roles: behaviour expected of a female/male in a particular culture, women staying home and taking care of kids. Sex roles: behaviour defined by biological constraints, only women can bear children. Socialization: process by which people learn the characteristics of their groups, books, tv, school, home life.
