Norm re: how people (cid:498)ought(cid:499) to look. Abomination of the body: physically disabled bodies (visibly, modified bodies, obese bodies. God made (cid:498)man(cid:499) in his image: european middle ages, physical disability, and the devil. Individuals who did not look normal were not in the image of god. Physically disabled were the work of satan.
