Associated with high comorbidity with other disorders, poorer response to treatment, and slowerr rate of improvement over time. Co-occurrence of major depression and persistent depressive disorder (dysthymia) Extreme focus on or avoidance of reminders of loved one. Cluster of symptoms occuring around time of period.
