Resources are resources that are extracted via natural processes but is renewable in a sustainable manner. Resource: anything that can be useful to us humans. Anthropocentric: defined relative to people and what humans use/wants --> what humans decide. Instrumental: could also be defined as our use and wants, useful to us as humans. Relative: also could be defined with respect to human needs, desires and cultural/technological practices --> thus what is a resource now becomes something that we don"t need or want any more, and is influenced according to technological/cultural changes. Resources also change with time --> they are dependent on specific needs of people in a particular time, they are also dependent on. They are connected to other things which create spatial.
