To have unregulated sexual intercourse with one another, or to do anything else of that sort, would not be a pious thing in a city of happy people, and the rulers would not allow it. Sex as a reward for good conduct: those who do best have sex more often. Children raised by wet nurses in a separate part of the city. Children who were born with defects are to die: infanticide of the weak. Women will give birth from the age of 20-40. Men will father children from the age of 25-55. Children are not permitted before or after that age. After breeding age, men and women are free to have sex with whomever they wish, except if it is with a daughter (/son) or mother (/father). Sex with a brother or sister is allowed. Once married," any children born 10 months later are your sons and daughters.
