Document Summary

Experiment 1: the problem of 9 unknown solutions. The purpose of this lab is to determine the unknown 9 solutions labelled 1 through 9, by using the other solutions as reagents. This is to be done with as little mixing of the solutions as possible to determine the solutions. Through this experiment, it can be determined which solution is soluble or insoluble. It was easier to know the reactants based on the physical characteristics of the reaction. It is important for certain industries to form chemicals by extracting components of the reactions. The experiment was done in partners in which we divided the 9 solutions. Then the experiment started with taking 10 drops of a solution in a tube and mixing it with another solution. The experiment was done in the fewest number steps as possible since some of the solutions were determined very quickly.
