So, they would rst send it to places where they knew they would win, then advertise the votes in hopes to encourage other places to also vote for them then they would place elections in other places. Political culture cont: historically, in canada, we welcomed a much larger world of government. Socialists and social democrats believe that governments should actively manage and regulate the capitalist market economy: elected socialists (1920"s) don"t win a lot of elections, because we are small political culture. But nevertheless, ndp still increases its seat totals in every federal election: they regularly win elections and its not surprising anymore, our culture says its okay to be ndp, we are accepting and we are open-minded.
