Business to strategic friendliness supposed to be from bottom of their heart. Mother status = attribute to identity that you are responsible for all situations. Having to show to other people what you are. Master status = gender/sexuality/race/ethnicity/ability/disability/age (in some places religion is a master status) Second shift - coined by hochschild housework that a woman who"s employed in labor market comes back to do. Second shift does not equal housework, only when paid employer. Housework is done for love not money not really work, largely done for use-value. Industrialization changed where people work/what they did (reaping factory) Nothing is produced at home/ except meals. Housework: change of technology, women"s entrance into labor force.
