Office hours: t, th (11-12), w (10-11), by apt. A1 and a2: split between prof loechler and prof tolan. A3 section will contain more active learning (case studies, small groupwork, etc. ) In addition to the traditional bi108 course, we are offering: Integrated science experience bi116 which is a combined course with ch116. For those who plan on taking bi108 and ch102. Will have 1 bi116 lab that meets two times a week. Will enroll 40 students for the integrated science experience. Last 4 weeks of lab will be producing your own experiments (capstone project) Lab material will be the same, but presented differently. One grade for lab and will be implemented into the grade for both bi116 and ch116. Similarly, the part 2 of the integrated science experience will be offered in the following. Fall semester (cell biology and organic chemistry 1). The boundaries between biomes are not very clear.
