People who are civilized have more culture but that"s only to the 19th century. They said that cultural evolutionism is wrong and that cultures must be judged on their own terms. There isn"t a uniform process that helps all cultures evolve. Culture is not quantifiable and it is not something people possess. People are always sharing culture but it is always being criticized and debated. It is a moving target because it is a dynamic process, always changing. They know it is a process so they go into the field with knowledge of the cultural processes. High culture is like going to museums and listening to classical music low culture is going to a bar. People say they don"t have culture that"s not true. It is a major part of the us culture, not unique to it. Having a credit card is very important to being part of our culture.
