Histrionic personality disorder- overly dramatic, seem almost to be acting; pervasive pattern of excessive emotionality and attention seeking. Narcissistic personality disorder- pervasive pattern of grandiosity in fantasy, need for admiration, and lack of empathy; all about themselves and always right; self-centered.
