Power - ability to exert influence or control over things. Authority - the socially accepted/licensed position that gives you a legitimate usage of power. Generosity, hospitality, honesty, bravery, not being weak, independence, loyalty, self- control, social sense, fearlessness, assertiveness and religious piety. Your status is derived from how well you follow the code of honor.
