A suicide is not a crime, helping someone else is not legal, can only be yourself. Changing how we think about process of death, conversations more easy and more common. Recognition of terminal patients with huge amount of pain that was untreated. Prior no one knew degree to which patients were suffering. Forced people to consider death is a thing, take better care of terminal patients.
